📦 Q1: How long does delivery take?
We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders placed before 3PM.
Orders made after 3PM are delivered the next day.
For locations outside Nairobi, delivery takes 2–3 days.

🔄 Q2: Can I return or exchange something?
We accept exchanges within 72 hours for items that are unused and in original condition.
Please note: Refunds are not accepted.

📍 Q3: Where are you located?
We’re an online store based in Nairobi with a free pick-up location at:
1148 Gitanga Road, Box Park – Shop 24, Lavington.
Pickups are available daily from 9AM to 6PM.
