📘 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Kids Library Kenya, we want you to feel happy with every purchase. Here’s our simple policy:

1. Exchanges (Within 2 Days)

We accept exchanges only, within 48 hrs, for items that are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by payment confirmation message, a receipt or order number

If the new item is of higher value, the price difference applies.

2. No Refunds (Except in Two Cases)

We do not offer refunds unless:

  1. The item is confirmed defective, OR

  2. The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced

Shipping fees are not refundable.

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept exchanges on:

  • Opened activity kits

  • Costumes, hair accessories, or personal items

  • Personalized orders

  • Sale/clearance items

4. Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can replace it.
