Owly Graphic Novels Books 1–4 by Andy Runton

Gentle, expressive graphic novels about friendship, kindness and finding the courage to connect with others. Andy Runton’s Owly series follows a kind-hearted little owl and his best friend Wormy through woodland adventures that are easy to follow visually and rich in emotion.

The newer Graphix editions use full-colour sequential art and limited dialogue, while Owly himself communicates largely through pictures. That makes the series an excellent bridge for children who are developing visual literacy, story sequencing and confidence with graphic novels.

Books 1–4 in this collection

2. Just a Little Blue
3. Flying Lessons
